Services and quotes

Neatwell provides standard house cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning in Bergen County, New Jersey. Quotes are customized based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the home’s condition, size, access, or requested scope differs materially from the original description. No price is final until confirmed by Neatwell.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide accurate service details, safe access to the property, working utilities, and a reasonably safe environment for our cleaning professionals. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible during business hours.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us promptly and describe the concern. We will review the issue and make a reasonable effort to correct work that falls within the agreed cleaning scope. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, unsafe conditions, or work outside the confirmed scope.

Payment

Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be disclosed when your service is confirmed. You agree to pay all approved charges for completed services.

Property and safety

Please secure valuables, confidential materials, pets, and fragile items before service. Neatwell may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neatwell is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, or losses caused by inaccurate instructions or unsafe conditions.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Site text, graphics, logos, and other content belong to Neatwell or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Privacy and communications
